The Affordable Care Act Through the Eyes of Employers, Employees and Providers
Employers and Providers must respond and adapt in order to survive under the Affordable Care Act, however employees are the point at which plan sponsors’ and providers’ changes will intersect. Colonial Total Rewards Association is excited to invite HR leaders, Total Rewards practitioners, in particular Benefits professionals to a unique discussion examining direct and indirect impacts of the Affordable Care Act on our employees.
We will share practical examples and emerging strategies from employers and providers that will help you:
- optimize costs and maintain compliance
- navigate changes impacting the market of insurance and providers over the next few years (e.g., ACO’s, tele-doctors and patient centered medical homes to name a few)
- understand and effectively partner/engage the healthcare system to improve health outcomes
Join your peers and our featured panel including Stuart Rosenberg, President and Chief Executive Officer Johnson Memorial Hospital, and John Asencio, Senior Vice President Health and Benefits Practice of Aon Hewitt.
