Come join the Heath New England HR team in Springfield, MA, working “Where you matter”! Operate in our collaborative and spirited environment as a Compensation Specialist serving as a HR strategic business partner to all leaders and associates for compensation, benefits and total rewards programs. Position is responsible for administration and execution of Health New England’s compensation program to include variable compensation and sales commission plan design. The Compensation Specialist will develop and maintain documentation for annual compensation plans, contribute to annual merit and incentive program cycles and provide support to VP of HR with executive compensation including executive contracts.
Individual will utilize expertise with state and federal regulations to ensure timely, accurate compensation administration and regulatory reporting. Compensation Specialist functions in a critical capacity and must maintain the highest standard of integrity, equity and confidentiality of all sensitive, financial information. This position will exercise considerable discretion and have a significant impact on the organization and employees.
Interested candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years progressively responsible compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
