Our client has an outstanding opportunity for a permanent Director of Benefits who can be a strategic thought leader that develops, implements and maintains the company’s benefit programs. ($140- $150K) – Enfield area.
- Ensure that regional benefit programs support the company’s philosophy, strategies and business objectives.
- Recommend cost effective strategies for existing and new benefits
- Work across organizational levels and develops benefit programs and processes to ensure internal equity and process efficiency
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to management regarding benefit plan design, implementation and administration
- Oversee the development and implementation of benefit tools, systems and technology to support the benefits function
- Manage, coach and develop the Benefits team
