The Alignment Between Healthy Retirement Outcomes and Healthy Business Outcomes

Today’s Employee Benefit Professionals are faced with constant challenges and demands with respect
to the most efficient and effective use of precious employer dollars. With the escalation of health and
disability costs coupled with an aging workforce, a perfect storm scenario is being created. The key to
long term business success is balancing short term budget concerns with longer term strategic goals
and the inevitability of an older workforce. This presentation will focus on the need for real life data to address these opportunities and the critical need to provide every employee the chance to retire on
their own terms. The overall health of every business depends on it.
